By using our services and purchasing products from Tough Gear, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping details.

2. Return & Refund Policy

You can return items within 7 days of receiving them if they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. A return shipping fee of AED 35 applies. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately for a resolution. For more details, read our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at onlinesales@mostafawi.ae. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate action.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including personal care products, opened items, sale items, and custom orders, cannot be returned.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. The risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you once shipped.

7. Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Any unauthorized use of our content or services is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Security

Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. We ensure the security of your data in compliance with applicable regulations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the UAE courts.
