At Tough Gear, we offer FREE shipping on all orders above AED 100/-, regardless of size or destination, because we believe in delivering great products with great service at no extra cost to you. Below are the details of our shipping services, including delivery times, areas, and service details.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We provide a variety of delivery options to ensure your orders arrive quickly and efficiently:

  • 4-Hour Delivery (Dubai City Limits)

    • Delivery Time: Delivered within 4 hours after the order is marked "Ready for Collection"

    • Service: Delivered by motorbike

    • Availability: Dubai city limits (excluding free zones)

    • Parcel Size: Max size of 30x30x30 cm (5kg)

  • Next Day Delivery (Across the UAE)

    • Delivery Time: Delivered between 9 am and 10 pm the next day

    • Service: Delivered by car (ambient)

    • Availability: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain

    • Parcel Size: Max size of 120x120 cm (5kg)

  • 3-Day Delivery (Remote Areas)

    • Delivery Time: Delivered on Thursdays and Sundays

    • Service: Delivered by car (ambient)

    • Availability: Remote areas across the UAE

    • Parcel Size: Max size of 200x200 cm (25kg)

2. Free Shipping:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter the delivery method, size, or location. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees during checkout. We cover the cost for you!

3. Delivery Attempts:

  • For 4-Hour and Next Day Deliveries:
    We make up to 3 delivery attempts to ensure your parcel arrives. If we cannot deliver after multiple attempts, we will contact you to reschedule.

  • For Remote Areas:
    Delivery will occur on scheduled days (Thursday and Sunday), with up to 3 attempts made for delivery.

4. Order Processing & Cut-off Times:

  • Orders placed by 6 pm will be processed the same day and delivered according to the shipping method chosen.

  • Collection Window: Our courier will collect your parcel within 2 hours after the cut-off time.

5. Proof of Delivery:

We provide proof of delivery for your order in the form of an image of the parcel at the delivery location.

6. Remote Areas & Additional Fees:

  • Delivery to remote areas (listed below) is available twice a week, and there are no additional fees for these deliveries.

7. Coverage Areas:

We deliver to the following areas:

  • 4-Hour Delivery: Dubai city limits (excluding free zones).

  • Next Day Delivery: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Remote Areas: Specific remote areas in the UAE, including certain locations in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and more (detailed below).

8. Payment for Shipping:

  • Shipping is completely free on all orders over AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a shipping fee of AED 20 will apply.
