We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, in line with UAE eCommerce regulations.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact and proof of purchase provided.
How to Return
Email onlinesales@mostafawi.ae within 7 days to initiate a return. Approved returns are subject to a AED 35 return shipping fee, borne by the customer. Items must be securely packed using the original protective materials.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, custom orders, and products restricted for hygiene or safety reasons are not eligible for return.
