Knife Care Instructions

To maintain the performance, hygiene, and longevity of your knife, please follow these care guidelines:

1. Cleaning

• Wash with warm water and mild detergent after each use.
• Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to protect the blade edge.
• Dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and corrosion.

2. Sharpening

• Regularly hone the blade using a honing steel to maintain sharpness.
• Periodically sharpen using a whetstone or professional knife sharpener when the edge becomes dull.

3. Cutting Surfaces

• Always use wood, bamboo, or plastic cutting boards.
• Avoid glass, ceramic, marble, or metal surfaces, as these can quickly dull the blade.

4. Proper Use

• Intended for boning and trimming meat and poultry.
• Do not cut frozen foods or hard bones, as this may damage the blade.

5. Storage

• Store in a knife block, magnetic strip, or protective sheath.
• Avoid placing the knife loosely in drawers to prevent blade damage and injury.

6. Hygiene

• The non-porous handle supports high hygiene standards and is suitable for high-temperature sterilisation, making it ideal for professional food preparation environments.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, in line with UAE eCommerce regulations.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact and proof of purchase provided.

How to Return
Email onlinesales@mostafawi.ae within 7 days to initiate a return. Approved returns are subject to a AED 35 return shipping fee, borne by the customer. Items must be securely packed using the original protective materials.

Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, custom orders, and products restricted for hygiene or safety reasons are not eligible for return.
